A little play by play....

Just wanted to update everyone on Amanda's progress.

Amanda & Andrew are doing very well.  

9:00 pm - The Dr. broke her water and she labored for about an hour & a half.  The contractions have continued to progress & have become more regular and intense since he broke her water.

10:45 pm - Received her epidural

11:15 pm - Resting & starting to feel some relief from the epidural, praise God for man/woman who developed the epi....    Dr. just checked her again and she is still at about 5 cm, so they are going to start the pitocin.  So hopefully this will cause her to continue to dilate.

We are still believing for safe & easy vaginal birth with no tearing.
