Anticipation

Another reason I love Instagram – being able to capture moments like this. When Noni and Pop Pop flew in for Roo's birthday, Noni joined us a few days early while Pop Pop finished up some work back in Texas. Here we are anxiously awaiting Pop Pop's arrival at the airport. These days Alex often asks, "Can we go to the airport to pick up Noni and Pop Pop today?" I sure wish we could...

Do you Instagram?

I don't have a clue how Instagram works when it comes to sharing or tweeting photos, but, let me tell you, I lovelovelove taking me some Instagram photos on my phone for my own personal memories.

Mater and Speed

Roo-bear works so hard to get his Mater up and running.

He's figuring out how to push the button to make 'er run...

But in the end, he decided that pushing was best.

Must have been those steroids the doctor put him on for the croup. =(

In other Cars-related news, I'm happy to report that Alex has gotten MUCH better at navigating Speed. Our number of accident reports is decreasing. =)

Beach Scooter

When we were in Destin, Jim and Katherine rented a little scooter to cruise up and down the main beach strip with each of their kiddos. They were kind enough to share with the rest of us before they had to return it. Roo was too little to go without a car seat, so Jerry just took Alex. This little thing looked like so much fun - something I definitely want to do again when Roo gets older.

All geared up and ready to ride.

Got that thumb ready. Oh, and a monster truck in the other hand. =)
