If Baby Correa were born today, he'd be about this big. Or small, depending upon how you look at it.
He weighs about 10 ounces. His 10 ounces should have gained me 10 pounds by now. (How, I ask you, is this fair?) Well, I haven't done a weigh-in in a while so I'm not sure where I'm tracking on this. And let's face it. Even if I did know, that's not the kind of information a gal gets excited about putting on her blog.
Today is a milestone for baby and me. Because today, we have reached 20 weeks which means that I am halfway through the pregnancy. Doesn't seem possible. And I know that July 21 will be here before we know it. (Please, Lord, help us get the house finished in time.)
I've been feeling him move since week 17. He's getting stronger as the weeks go by, and his movements are more pronounced now. I like feeling the flutters. It gives me peace of mind that he's growing.
And since he's growing (and time's passing so quickly), Jerry and I have a lot of things on our to-do list. Let's see...
• Baby needs a name
• Baby needs some furniture and a nursery theme
• Baby needs the house to be finished so that he can have visitors come July
But for now, baby needs some dinner so I'm signing off for the night. XOXO
