Yesterday the postman rang our doorbell, and handed me a package that had this hat and sweater inside.
My aunt made Alex this beautiful Norwegian set. My first thought was, "Oh wow - how gorgeous!" My second thought was, "So glad we'll have another little boy to get to wear all the wonderful treasures that have been handmade for Alex over the last couple of years!"
Between Noni, Great-Granny and Aunt Candy, Alex has the most delicious collection of knitted and handmade treasures you could imagine. I cherish each and every one.

That is by far his most beautiful one yet. Candy did a beautiful job.
Please give Alex a hug from his Noni. XOXOXO
Treasures.....yes!!!!!
What a special surprise for Alex. The handmade treasures are the best. And how wonderful you will be able to hand them down to baby Correa. He looks adorable in his warm winter treasure.
You are right, all your treasures are so great! And it's wonderful that you will get to share them with baby #2. My Nana has made a TON of stuff for Jackson but I'm going to be honest (since she doesn't read this) - none of it is cute. She uses very scratchy yarn and everything is way too big and funny looking. Your family does a much better job. :-)
Beautiful...those items will be treasured for generations to come!
I'm sorry but Dana's comment made me laugh out loud! Hilarious!
Anyway, YES you definitely have such precious treasures for your sweet boys. So many fun things to keep for a lifetime to come! I just LOVE the Norwegian sweater and hat. And perfect for your cold climate, too.
Miss you girl!
